High Pressure Plug Valve Assembly Grease
Val-Tex 1502 is formulated using SURE SEAL technology for the toughest high pressure
plug valve applications. Val-Tex SURE SEAL 1502 is for use during assembly only to
help ensure maximum sealing and resistance to washout, especially during low pressure
testing.

This biodegradable grease is suitable for assembly of high pressure plug valves. It is for hand application only and not to be pumped. The unique viscosity and Sure Seal technology allows for consistent and even coverage of the plug and segments and helps ensure the valve seals at either low or high pressure. Val-Tex Sure Seal 1502 will seal a valve when it is tested at low pressure first, without the requirement of an initial high pressure test.
